1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the basa99 website accessible at basa99.app and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.
• "Player" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account or uses any part of the basa99 service.
• "Account" refers to the personal registered account created by a Player to access the Platform.
• "Funds" refers to any real-money balance held within a Player's basa99 account wallet.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1. The basa99 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet this age requirement before registering an account.

2.2. basa99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photographic identification. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension and may result in forfeiture of funds where fraudulent misrepresentation of age is established.

2.3. Registration is open to residents of Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

2.4. basa99 employees, directors, agents, contractors, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold a Player account or place bets on the Platform.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1. Each individual may register one account only. Players found to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — will have all duplicate accounts suspended. Any funds held within duplicate accounts may be forfeited in their entirety.

3.2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep this information updated. basa99 reserves the right to close any account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have notified basa99 support of a suspected breach immediately upon becoming aware of it.

3.4. basa99 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.5. To close your account voluntarily, contact the basa99 support team via the email address provided on the Platform. Any outstanding Funds in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification of identity and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other Bangladesh bank transfer options where made available on the Platform. Accepted methods are displayed at the time of transaction and may be updated without prior notice.

4.2. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own daily or per-transaction caps.

4.3. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method and account used to make the most recent qualifying deposit. basa99 does not issue withdrawals to third-party accounts, bank accounts not registered in the Player's name, or payment methods not previously used for deposit.

4.4. Withdrawal processing time is typically under 15 minutes. Delays may occur during periods of high volume, platform maintenance, or where enhanced identity verification is required. basa99 will not be liable for delays attributable to payment providers or banking institutions.

4.5. basa99 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, payment providers may impose their own fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.

4.6. basa99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence before processing any withdrawal request. This may include requesting identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawal requests will be held pending completion of such checks.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotions offered by basa99 are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail.

5.2. Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion and must typically be completed within a specified time window.

5.3. basa99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already claimed it, the Player will be notified and any unmet wagering requirement will be waived; however, no additional compensation will be provided.

5.4. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith play, or hedging bets across accounts — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account suspension.

6. Betting Rules

6.1. All bets are accepted subject to the betting rules published on the Platform at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the relevant rules for that market or game type.

6.2. basa99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, where odds were published incorrectly due to a technical fault, or where bets are identified as part of a fraudulent or collusive pattern.

6.3. In the event of a disputed outcome, the decision of basa99's trading team is final and binding unless a clear and demonstrable error in settlement is identified within 72 hours of settlement.

6.4. basa99 operates live in-play betting markets on selected sports events. In-play odds are subject to rapid change and all bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the exact moment of confirmation, not the odds visible at the moment you began the bet slip process.

6.5. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical device to place bets is strictly prohibited. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7. Casino Game Rules

7.1. All casino games available on basa99 — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — are governed by the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules before wagering.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the basa99 Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or if you are prohibited from gambling by applicable law.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
• Operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or a third party's.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.3. basa99's total liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

12.1. basa99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, Players will be notified via a notice posted on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the account.

12.2. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

13. Governing Law
